Who We Are
St. Electrix is a proudly owner-operated electrical contractor based in St Helena Bay. 

Originally established as BloemElectric in Bloemfontein, the business relocated permanently to the West Coast in 2026 to continue providing honest service, quality workmanship, and dependable electrical solutions.

The company is personally managed by Andre and Chantal, ensuring direct involvement in every project and a strong focus on professionalism, accountability, and personalised service.

Andre is a fully registered three-phase electrician and wireman with extensive experience across residential and commercial environments.

Chantal supports both on-site operations and the financial and administrative management of the business, helping ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

At St. Electrix, we believe in doing things properly — with safety, reliability, and compliance at the centre of every project.

Our goal is to deliver trusted electrical services while building lasting relationships within the West Coast community.

Are You Qualified and Registered?

Yes, Andre is a qualified Three Phase Electrician and registered at the Department of Labour as a Three Phase Wireman (35813(IE)) and an Electrical Contractor (FS01115(IE)) since October 2019.

Andre is thus competent to address electrical issues in residential (normal households), commercial (office buildings) and industrial (factories). 

St Electrix is also registered as a (Pty) LTD at CIPC: 2018/292771.

Which Areas Do You Serve?

Most services are rendered in St Helena Bay.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

1. Cash (upon completion of the  job).
2. Card payment on-site (upon completion of the job).

What Are Your Service Fees?

1. Transport Fees (AA rates per km; currently R4,18/km).
2. Call Out Fees: R500 (Includes the first hour of work) and thereafter R400 per hour.
3. After-hour Fees = R950 (Includes the first hour of work) and thereafter R600 per hour.
4. Big projects & COC's = 50% deposit and 50% upon completion of the job.
5. Materials' Price = Cost price + 20% handling fees.

Yes, after-hours and emergency electrical services are available for urgent faults, power failures, tripping issues, and other critical electrical problems requiring immediate attention.

What Safety Measures Do You Follow?

We strive to follow all safety measures as stipulated in the Electrical Installations Regulations (SANS 10142) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act on a continuous basis.

Do You Offer Warranty Or Guarantee For Your Work?

Yes. All workmanship is carried out to industry standards and applicable regulations, with a workmanship guarantee on installations and repairs. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment and materials also apply where applicable.
